Alturia started from a simple conviction, formed after years working inside agencies and companies in the United States and Spain: the talent in Latin America has nothing to envy from anyone in the world.

What's almost always missing isn't ability — it's the chance to prove it against the right standards. So we built a team that pairs that regional talent with the way the best global companies actually work.
